In line with our continued dedication to maintaining a safe and secure work environment, we are pleased to inform you that a comprehensive company-wide active shooter training has been provided to our staff live and we are sharing the recording for all INN team members who were not able to attend. This training session aims to equip all employees with the necessary skills to respond effectively in the event of an active shooter situation.

We understand that the subject of an active shooter can be disconcerting, but we firmly believe that preparedness is crucial in minimizing potential risks and ensuring the well-being of everyone within our organization. Unfortunately, active shooter incidents can occur in any location, whether it's our business office, other healthcare facilities, or in public. Therefore, we require this training for all staff members of INN, as it is vital for everyone to be well-prepared and knowledgeable in handling such situations.

The training is conducted by Officer Wesley Wilkerson, a local law enforcement officer. Officer Wilkerson shares a wealth of knowledge and best practices drawn from the U.S. Department of Homeland Security's CISA (Cybersecurity & Infrastructure Security Agency). This ensures that our staff receives the most effective training possible to handle any potential threats.
